Roof Leak went unnoticed too long!
In this situation, we received a call from a homeowner that had experienced some water damage. One of SERVPRO of Grand Island & Hastings trained professional noticed multiple spots of water damage throughout the drywall. There was some roof damage during the last big storm that had slowly been causing water to come in through the roof and down into multiple parts of the ceilings and part of the walls. SERVPRO was able to open up each area after containment was set and remove the damaged and affected materials. We then treat all affected surfaces with an anti-microbial to eliminate any and all mold spores. SERVPRO will make sure that the customers home was "Like it never even happened."
